Memorial Garden is a digital memorial service for creating respectful tribute pages, sharing memories, and managing family contributions. You can contact us at support@memorialgarden.app.

These terms apply when you visit the website, create an account, create or manage a memorial, submit a tribute, upload content, report content, or buy Memorial Plus.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
• Account holders should be 18 or over. If a child or young person contributes, a parent or guardian should be involved.
• You must not use Memorial Garden to impersonate another person, create a fake memorial, or mislead visitors about your relationship to a memorial.

A memorial owner is responsible for the memorial they create, including the accuracy of information, privacy settings, invitations, media uploads, and tribute moderation decisions.

Memorials can be public, unlisted, private, or password-protected. You should choose the privacy setting carefully, especially where a memorial includes living people, children, family details, health information, religious details, or sensitive circumstances.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as text, photographs, video, audio, and tribute messages. By submitting content, you give Memorial Garden permission to host, display, store, reproduce, resize, back up, moderate, and share that content as needed to provide the service and operate the memorial according to its settings.

• Only upload content you own, have permission to use, or are legally entitled to share.
• Do not publish private information about living people without appropriate permission.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, exploitative, graphic, defamatory, fraudulent, spam, or infringing.

Memorial Garden may approve, reject, remove, restrict, restore, or review memorials, tributes, media, accounts, and reports. We may also suspend access where needed to protect users, families, the service, or legal rights.

We may keep records of moderation decisions, reports, disputes, and safety actions for accountability, legal, and safety purposes.

Memorial Plus is intended as a one-time paid upgrade for a richer memorial archive. The checkout page should show the price, what is included, and that payment is required before you complete the purchase.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights. Refunds, cancellations, and service issues will be handled according to UK consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase.

We aim to keep Memorial Garden available and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, suspend, or withdraw features where needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.

You may request account deletion or memorial removal through the support routes provided. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, payment records, security, fraud prevention, moderation history, dispute handling, or legal claims.

Memorial Garden is provided with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for user content submitted by others, but we provide reporting, moderation, and takedown routes. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are intended for a UK-facing service and are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless consumer protection law gives you rights to use the law or courts of another UK jurisdiction where you live.
